Competition Rib Spatula
This deep style rib spatula is made from heavy gauge high quality stainless steel. The handle is made from exotic hardwoods such as Birdseye maple as shown in the picture. The rib area measures, 7" x 16" and has up bends on three sides so that the ribs won't slide off. This spatula will handle a full rack of ribs all at once.
